i feel ya! i did about three and half weeks several years ago. they told us it would be three days. it was brutal. people were...unaware, even though they were right in the room. the lawyers were unpleasant. the jury didn't like the witness who gave facts because “he looked boring.” i was a lone dissenter for a while when it came down to deciding. it was scary and frustrating. i am glad we have a legal system that (more or less) works, but i was unnerved by how difficult it was to navigate as a juror.
My sympathies are with you. I got chosen for jury duty once but had already booked a flight so got excused. Fingers are crossed that I don't get chosen again.
