I have a bad habit of forgetting to take a finished photo, probably because I'm too focused on eating. LOL.
I got my inspiration from 2 similar recipes from allrecipe.com. (1) Chinese Napa Cabbage Salad and (2) Summer Cabbage Salad.
My slight modifications: chives instead of green onion. Added a lot of cilantro. Next time I'll use less oil. I'm not used to oil in my dressings, so it felt overly oily. Instead of 1/4c, maybe I'll use 2 Tablespoons canola + 1T sesame oil. and it doesn't need that much butter to stirfry the noodles/almonds/sesame seeds, maybe 1-2T max, not a 1/4 cup. I suspect you could get away with using a cooking spray but those sprays seem to always ruin my cookware.

The pizza looks good. Have you tried making pizza dough in a bread machine?
You should post pix of your Brown Bag Cookie Art pieces, I'd be interested to see them. I had no idea about them until I found the shortbread pan and then I looked on their website. I didn't know there were so many different designs.
The chicken salad sounds very healthy but I am with your husband on this one - the pizza looks yummy...
