On Track


Last week I felt like I was running around in circles, spinning my wheels but getting absolutely nothing accomplished. Frazzled, out of control and completely disorganized. This'll be a better week.

Menu planning this week:
Monday: Chicken Tortilla Soup
Tuesday: tortellini and broccoli
Wednesday: halibut, rice and green beans
Thursday: dinner w/ the parentals and SIL
Friday: salsa verde chicken enchiladas

now the real question is...will I stick to it?

I've always thought it at great idea to work a weeks menu out as it makes food shopping so much easier - trouble is I've never actually got on and done it!
