Not so much. Doubt there's much kissing going on with this gunk, do you?

We resealed the driveway and cul-de-sac this weekend.

And by we, I really mean: not me.

I did, however, skillfully mask the parts of the house, chimney and driveway that we didn't want that black goop to touch.

Jimmy and the neighbors did all the back breaking work.

They started before 9am and finished after 5. All of the pre-cleaning and masking happened the day before.
I made them blueberry muffins. From a box. Tough job, but someone has to do it.
The resealing had to be done before the the cooler weather starts to roll in. October typically brings rain and sometimes snow to the higher elevations where our hideaway is. It's still mid-September, but...

our dogwood tree is already starting to change colors.
Fall beauty, isn't it lovely?

Heehee, I love the way you tell a story. Driveway looks good! We too have a few tree's that are starting to change color. Fall is on the way!
Hugs,
a.
Fall is my favorite season. I love to dig out the cardigans and play in the leaves. This year on fall break the kids and I are heading to the Smokey Mountains for a mini vacation. I can't wait!
I'm going out later and take some fall pics of our forest....it is coming on fast. I read back thru the posts i missed. Good masking and baking job....thinking inside a box works for me. Salted sunflower seeds are my most favorite food in the whole world....I call them polly seeds....long story there.
That stuff looks really messy!
You guys are really on a roll, Mad. :)
Ugh, that looks like hard work.
I swear I could feel fall today.
Oh gosh that is hard work for sure, but could you send them here to do our parking lot , i know they have a lot of experience now. LOL
