You can fly with all your friends.
After a small snack.
Standing alone. Watching.
Will the others play?
The cat chases you away.
But you are too fast.
Through my camera’s zoom. Click!
Caught you, mid jump!
You look at me, curious.
Nope, I’m not a worm.
Jay
On guard.
Not playful
like the little birds.
He senses the trouble above.
Every detail from above
Birds of prey sense all.

Beautiful photographs. . . beautiful words.
(At my dentist office, the chairs face a window and outside each window is a bird feeder and small Finches (I think)flit and flutter about, it's so relaxing to watch them; and I so appreciated, for probably the first time, the joy of watching birds. I get it now.)
These are such beautiful photos!
Ha,ha, ha I luuuuv your words along with the pictures. Especially the cute, "im not a worm"...it does look as if he is curious as to what you are, lol. The mid jump bird was amazing.
I love seeing birds out in nature.
