I create my arts and crafts throughout the whole house. But if I had to label a particular room "my studio", it would be this one:

but I really don't create much in this room. Mostly because this room is away from the heartbeat of the household.
But another reason why I don't create many things in this room is because of this:

my husband's hockey gear shares this space.
And there's a huge
contrast in my ability to be creative while smelling stinky hockey gear vs. not smelling stinky hockey gear.

So instead, I work
here.

wonderful storage for stamps etc... though like you; for collage it is smack in the middle of the living room
Wow, you are so neat in your storage of everything. I am impressed. I feel your pain, hockey gear doesn't seem to inspire me either. However, watching "Lost" in the living room does.
Want to come organize my studio?
wow, you are so organized! too bad that you aren't in there enough...it looks like you could create so much in there!
lol!! Oh my! That is direct contrast! I love your organization, your side of the room at least!
I love the fan in front of the cabinet! That tells its' own story!
What a great post!
I'm right there with you. My hsuband asked if I wanted a room in our new house as a studio and I said no. I like painting in our kitchen or dining room. I feel more connected.
Great job on this weeks theme. I couln't think of anything for it.
a.
Ha! Too funny! I love the hockey gear! I have a 7 year old son and feel like my life is being taken over by sporting equipment! Wonderful space for your supplies. It looks like you can 'grab and go' with your great storage units!

Stinky doesn't even begin to describe Mr. Retz's hockey gear! PeeeYew!!! tee!
There are a lot of stamps in those well-organized drawers! I'm with Ragged on watching Lost! Wednesday night should be good!
