This is the first time I’ve done one of these for my blog. I keep pretty vague about who I am aside from what you can gather from my art or photos. I've been out of the loop for awhile and I'm so behind in reading your posts.

These things tell so much about people. I've got one question. What is a Shiloh Art Journal?

Shiloh McCloud is an artist I met with Phin a couple of years ago. Her drawings and paintings celebrate the feminine spirit. She's created a few blank journals with some of her line art interspersed thoughout the blank pages as inspiration. The pages are heavy cardstock, 80lb or heavier, so they withstand layers of paint. Most of the drawings/art pages I've posted were done in my Shiloh journal. Her website is: http://www.colorofwoman.com/. Phin has one too and we're always conspiring on what to do in our art journal.
At the beginning of the year, I had 53 more blank pages. That meant I had to create something once a week + 1. That's my commitment. There have been weeks when I've done 5 pages in a week. Other times I've skipped 3 weeks in a row. I'm fairly confident that I'll be able to succeed at this goal.
