Snow in Jamestown

Jamestown is a very small town in the Sierra Nevada foothills. In 1848, gold was discovered here and it's downtown area still retains a Gold Country era charm.
At an elevation of 1,405 feet, Jamestown rarely sees snow. But a cold storm blew in late last week and the town saw a dusting of fresh powder.

Oh, there's no summer here! It looks cold and dark - like here in Denmark, we have snow too. Thankyou for your kind comments at my blog, I appreciate it a lot.

That's a beautiful landscape! I also love the soft cloud formations.
